Not effective: Others have answered similar questions on healthtap, replying that penile size is not likely to be increased through this method.  Penis size is genetically determined, but can seem smaller if you have a fat abdomen.  It's also possible to injure yourself while "jelqing."  I have referred this question to urology colleagues in hopes of more astute replies.

During an exercise,  blood flow to the muscle stops, blood pressure rises, and less blood flows back to the heart.
This could be dangerous if you have heart problems.

Use it of lose it: Think of physical exercise as a less formal physical &amp; occupational therapy. We advocate for PT/OT to regain function loss as a result of stroke. While physical exercise may not address functional loss and "treat" stroke, most studies show lower risk of heart disease, stroke &amp; death from regular physical exercise. So use it or lose it.

Aerobic: Aerobic exercise- an activity that elevates your heart rate and you can continuously do that activity-ideally for a minimum of 20 minutes but working toward a goal of 60 min 5 days per week.  Brisk walking, running, cycling, swimming, etc.  Make sure you enjoy it and can have fun. Having a workout partner helps so you can motivate each other.

Daily activities: Make your daily activities more difficult - take the stairs, park further away, bike/ walk to work/ store, sit on a swiss ball/ at your desk and stand up every time you answer the phone, or  lunge/ hop/ jump from place to place in your house. Things like these may seem small and silly, but the increased calorie burn can add up over time. Don't forget a healthy diet!

TRX : Trx is one of the most universal highly effective pieces of training equipment you can buy period. Can virtually be used anywhere and if you think body weight exercises can't be effective i'd have to say give trx a try.  I use it when i'm traveling. In terms of cost, $180 on ebay.  If that's too much then check out laird hamiltons fitness programs... Can do everything w/out weights and b effective.
