See below: Urine cytology is not very good test- it is not showing malignancy in your report. You need to follow with your doctor and possibly see a urologist.

Maybe: Urinary tract infections can cause urine that is normal looking, reddish, or cloudy. The urine certainly does not have to be red to mean infection.
