Sinus infection: You may have a sinus infection in what is called your maxillary sinuses. It is best to treat these with antibiotics if they don't resolve on their own. Present to your primary physician and he or she will prescribe the course of their choice. Stop the nasal spray and if you smoke or use any drugs stop that also because it can make you more susceptible to these infections. You should see ENT also

No: While 3 tabs by themselves is not toxic, repetition can cause it to build up.  Stay well hydrated and hold off on the next dose  for at least 8 hours.

Best would be to start with your doc for an exam and detailed history in order to decide where to go from here. Not all flu-like conditions end up being viral in etiology.
