Probably unless?: Believe it or not problems with alcohol are not always defined by amount drank, but instead by what happens to you when you do drink. Do you engage in risky behavior, does it create conflict with others? I'm streching of course because i would suspect this would only be about 2 drinks max, right? Doing that once a week is likely ok for people with out drinking problems, or serious medical issues.

Don't worry.: Good for you for backing off.  That was way too much.  Some people say that  1-2 glasses of wine a day for women is still too high for safety.  Consider less,  You will have no withdrawal symptoms this late.

No equivalents: Consuming too much alcohol is linked to high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, trouble pumping blood through the body, blood clots, stroke, cardiomyopathy (sagging, stretched heart muscle), Liver damage or heart attack. Consuming too many Marijuana Edibles is linked to Rapid heartrate, memory problems, lung irritation, heart irritation, weakened immune system, psychoses, paranoia.

i never thought i drank much.  nothing during week & 2x mth a bottle of wine or 6 pack of cider while watching a game.  now i read that this can cause esophageal cancer? what is the chance with drinking this much?  1 in 100 or 200 or ???  thx?

i'm due to get a covid vaccination tomorrow. i drank a 2/3 of a bottle of wine tonight, but just learned that it might be best to avoid alcohol 2 days before and after having the injection (and 2 weeks after). should i delay my appointment?

Not healthy: Weight gain is much more complex than intake of wine by the bottle.  Evidence exists that a glass per day is potentially helpful to your health, but none that says higher intake is good.  Weight gain is more related to type of foods (protein, carbs, fat) and the type of physical activity you do.

72 hours is from alcohol blood level of 0.  At this point is very possible but  would be vigilant and contact MD now for medication just in case agitation / tremulousness begins.

No issue: Congratulations on your endeavor.  If you have not had any adverse effects after 4 days, it means that you had yet become dependent on alcohol. Stay the course.
