NO, Alcohol is not known to interfere with immune response to Covid-19 vaccine nor exaggerate the common side effects associated with the vaccination.

Per https://www.health.com/condition/infectious-diseases/coronavirus/can-you-drink-alcohol-after-covid-19-vaccine: a Russian health official went a lot further last month, telling people who received the country's Sputnik V vaccine that they should abstain from alcohol for two months." The manufacturer disagreed. There are no recommendation about alcohol use for the 3 vaccines used in the USA.

Get the vaccine. Quit drinking while you are ahead. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. Wish you good health!
