ruled out covid but still having bad headache. its been 5 day now. first had a low grade fever facial eye pain which thought sinus. now only bad headache and begind eyes took tylenol for 5 days. dont want to take it anymore. how to treat this?

Sinusitis: Low grade fever with facial pain and pain behind eyes is typically caused by inflammation of the sinuses. Drin k copious amounts of non caffeine liquids. Try doing saline nasal washes twice daily along with a decongestant and mucolytic. Be persistent as this can soothe the inflammation/wash out any bacteria and viruses that will cause infections. See ENT surgeon ASAP: I presume you returned to your surgeon for all the follow-up post-operative visits and everything seemed to be on track at first.  Not sure when this drainage issue started but it is now URGENT when accompanied with a headache. The most worrisome issue is whether you could possibly have a cerebrospinal fluid leak...this would be highly unlikely, but if so, it is SERIOUS. So call your surgeon NOW.

Uncommon but yes: This is uncommon but possible. One can't be allergic to vitamins themselves but many supps have artificial colors/fillers, binders & allergens like soy that could trigger headaches. Influenza A or B: requires blood testing which is the only way to make a definitive diagnosis of influenza. Many other viral infections can mimic influenza.

is it normal to develop a headache a few days after lower molar extraction? feels sinus like  but is 4 days post procedure

It depends: Headaches after dental extraction could be associated with infection of the tooth base, but it is usually associated with symptoms of fever, pain or swelling. If you don't have these symptoms ; only have headache then it might not be related with the procedure. I would suggest you to take tylenol (acetaminophen) ; see if you don't have symptoms of infection. If there are any symptoms of infection, then see an md.

Yes: Pain around eyes or deep eye pain during a cold are usually signs of sinusitis.  Have your general doctor order ct scan of sinuses and if sinusitis present he can then refer you to an ENT specialist.  Remember regular x-rays are of no help in diagnosis of chronic sinusitus.

Yes: You should probably see a doctor asap, since sinus infections (if that is what you have) can morph into severe complications, but you might first try sinus irrigation (netti-pot), and decongestant.  When you go to the doctor have a list prepared of all the things which have happened and trust they will work things out for you. Do not know if this is serious without seeing you.
