i accidently snorted five .5mg xanax (alprazolam) and a 5/500 vicodin i do not take xanax (alprazolam) at all.. will i be ok?

What?: How can you accidentally snort things up your nose?   Please call the poison control hotline at 1-800-222-1222 now so that they can make specific recommendations.The fact that you snort various chemicals (some without knowing the possible effects) means that things are not alright. This is quite serious. If this was more than a one time occurence, then you are strongly encouraged to see an &gt;&gt;.

Pruritus: Hydrocodone, like many narcotics may cause priorities as a side effect. It is the nature of opiates. Another opiate may not cause pruritus. So your physician should use a different opiate.

i've been taking a lot of vicodin. what are the symptoms of vicodin addiction?

Withdrawal: If someone takes any opiate regularly, whether hydrocodone (the opiate in vicodin) or heroin, they will eventually become dependent on the medication, if they are taking enough of it long enough.  The symptoms are those of withdrawal, which feels like having the flu -muscle aches, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, hot and cold chills, sweating and others.  If you are concerned, get help.

currently on lexapro (escitalopram)  20 mg for five days (tapering off) and now increasing my remeron to 30 mg from 15. i also take one 7.5 vicodin for mouth pain each day. am i at risk for serotonin syndrome?

Here is the : Interesting thing about sertotinergic syndrome- although it  usually occurs with high doses of medications that increase serotonin level, there are some people who develop it at relatively low doses after a brief period of treatment.

a lot of stress bp tests rate me as extreme stress amount. could the reading be off due to medications i take? baclofen, vicodin and atarax (hydroxyzine)

Doubt it: None of the medications you take directly increase your blood pressure.  Of course all medication are metabolized in liver and excreted in kidney so if you have medical issues with your kidneys then you have to have a discussion with your doctor who can give you specific information good luck.

what if vicodin does not work for me after a surgical molar extraction.  the bone had to be cut during the procedure and i am having a lot of pain.

Post Op Pain: Surgeons use pain to monitor for complications from surgery.  I am sure they sent you home with instructions, but if your pain is not well controlled then your surgeon must be contacted.

had a partial root canal thursday, discovered vertical root fracture, was not completed. lot of pain vicodin not helping.  how long should i be in pain?

Until extraction: If the tooth is vertically fractured, it is most likely unrestorable. As such, it needs to be extracted. The fracture, moving pieces of tooth, and bacteria and food lodging in the crack only add insult to injury. Have it tended to asap.

can you take 5 mg of vicodin and 25 mg of benadryl together? i weigh 113 pounds and i'm a female. i have an ovarian cyst and i hardly ever take pain medications so i'm a little afraid and my allergies are killing me.

Nasal steroid?: Whether you can take these medications depend greatly on their adverse effects . Both Benadryl and Vicodin have sedating effect and Vicodin may cause abdominal upset for some people.  However if the pain is bad, you may have little choice.  If you are referring to nasal congestion, a nasal steroid will likely work better than an antihistamine.

i'm a adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) usr and have trouble sleeping  to help sleep i take 3.75-5 mg of vicodin. i usually do this twice a week, maybe less. how bad is this?
