A lot of stress bp tests rate me as extreme stress amount. could the reading be off due to medications i take? baclofen, vicodin and atarax (hydroxyzine)

Doubt it: None of the medications you take directly increase your blood pressure. Of course all medication are metabolized in liver and excreted in kidney so if you have medical issues with your kidneys then you have to have a discussion with your doctor who can give you specific information good luck.
