Only take if anemic: The RDA for women 11-50 yrs old is 15mg. The 325 mg pills are intended for anemic women especially during pregnancy. Unless your doctor prescribed it - this is too great an amount for you to decide to take on your own. And yes, the chance of constipation and other gastrointestinal distress is a dose related concern. Take care - see a doctor first.

Anemic: Eating green vegetables will help replace some of your iron. My bigger concern is that the propythiouracil may be the cause of your anemia. See your doctor asap for evaluation.

Allergic  to  all p.: There is a difference between allergic  to a medicine and having side effect to it . All medication has side effect and usually  if we start low and go slaw eventually  we get used to it.

Iron/ constipation: Iron can make you constipated and females in child bearing years can be iron deficient. But chronic disease like crohns, celiac, food intolerances,autoimmune disease( lupus,RA) ,diet , intestinal worms can make you deficient as well . Bloating can be constipation  or intolerances,infection or from ovaries./uterus High fiber, lots of fluids , F/U with  doctor urgent care

Ferritin? hematocrit: 'Slight anemia" is not a valid diagnosis. Exactly what lab values were reported? Do you have heavy menstrual bleeding? Are you a blood donor or have you lost blood in some way? Do you have low serum iron [ferritin]? There are many anemias, of which iron deficiency is only one. Or are you at the low end of normal? Your Dr owes you a better evaluation and discussion. The multivitamin is not relevant

Options: It may help to take the iron pills with meals to lessen stomach upset. You may try liquid form of supplemental iron usually used for children. my sides are gruggling for s few says. i haven't really eating much, as i have this problem i am on iron  pills 3x daily. what can cause this problem?

Iron pills side fx: G i upset is a frequent side effect of oral iron.U might try and reduce the dose or hold the pills altogether for a few days and see if these symptoms resolve.If so , then resume at a lower daily dose.Always inform your perscribing doctor of any side effects or medicine changes.
