Don't worry: It may not be "party line", but therapeutic phlebotomy for iron overload is so powerful and effective that to stop enjoying a beef-burger or your favorite iron-enriched breakfast cereal seems silly to me. And congratulations on getting diagnosed -- this pathologist has seen too many folks die from missed hemochromatosis. It is the easist deadly disease to manage.
