i stopped taking iodine supplements after 5 days today due to adverse side effects such as anxiety. how long until this goes away and i feel like myself again?

I am not aware of: iodine supplements causing  immediate psychiatric side effects altho it can cause other side effects like a bitter taste in the mouth.  Perhaps this was a coincidence.  Since we don't know why you're feeling anxious, it's not possible to tell you when you'll feel like yourself again.

what are the side effects of an unruptured brain aneurysm and how can i tell if my ct with iodine scan failed to show any signs of an aneurysm ?

A small: Aneurysm generally won't cause any symptoms.  A  larger aneurysm  could cause symptoms based on its location and what structures it is pressing on.  Presumably the radiologist would have diagnosed an aneurysm if it was visible on CT,  but unless the CT was specifically tailored to look for an aneurysm(CTA), a small aneurysm might not be visible on a routine CT.

"usp tincture of iodine is defined in the U.S. National formulary (nf) as containing in each 100 ml, 1.8 to 2.2 grams of elemental iodine, and 2.1 to 2.6 grams of sodium iodide. Alcohol is 50 ml and the balance is purified water. This "2% free iodine" solution provides about one mg of free iodine per drop."  iodine is neutral i2; iodide is a -1 charged ion (i-).

Few  days to a week: Be careful , somtimes those what you think are mole could be some else like skin cancer? Check with your dr?

Small risk: if tack was clean and new... Monitor yourself for any adverse symptoms as well as the area and keep it very clean and protected. If you are concerned be sure to follow up with your doctor right away!

i've been putting small drops of iodine tincture on tooth abcess until i can see the dentist. it seems to take the swelling down. is this effective?

No, stop this: Do not place  tincture of iodine in your mouth.  Elemental iodine is toxic.

There is no home cure for dental abscesses and there is no reason to delay seeing a dentist.   Set an appointment asap.

No.: Betadine should be avoided in pregnancy because it can affect the maternal and fetal thyroid glands and cause complications from that. Do not use betadine pessaries in pregnancy!

ive been using valsartan for hypertension reasons but had to stop because it causes me epididymitis, now i use  atorvastatin and its giving me vivid dreams. is there anything better i can use with less side effects ?

Medication : You can speak to a doctor about changing your medication. I remember and a patient who had 20 medications on her allergy list, but when you continue to ask her details about the side effects you come to realize she did not want any medication because she believed that all medication is bad for her.
