A small: Aneurysm generally won't cause any symptoms. A larger aneurysm could cause symptoms based on its location and what structures it is pressing on. Presumably the radiologist would have diagnosed an aneurysm if it was visible on CT, but unless the CT was specifically tailored to look for an aneurysm(CTA), a small aneurysm might not be visible on a routine CT.
