Yes: You should have your medical provider take a look at it .  You may need antibiotics.   They also may need to update your tetanus shot as well.

No: Keep and eye on the area and if it becomes red, hot, tender and painful, swollen or shows a discharge that looks like pus, see a doctor.  Otherwise it should heal ok.

Uncertain: If significant signs of infection - would certainly be seen. When was your last tetanus shot? If it has been more than ten years - it should be done promptly.

No: Its use is prohibited while breastfeeding. There are treatments for vaginal infections that are safe. See your doctor.

Sounds like: A urinary tract infection. Ct won't see all cases of pyelonephritis or cystitis as it depends on how severely the kidneys or bladder are changed by infection. Please consult your doctor.

: Yes; Depending on what organism is present, virus, bacteria, fungus... The nose is the passage way for breathing and inhalation of particles into the lungs. One reason for asthma attack in smoky or polluted environment

Remove ring: First you have to remove the ring. If the area of redness is not too large it may resolve on its own. If it is large you may try triple antibitoic over the counter, but you may need anoral antibiotic depending on the size, the presense of pus etc.

Probably: You are probably a nasal staphylococcus aureus carrier (as is 25% of the population).  You probably have a superficial nasal infection.  If it persists you may need treatment with topical Mupirocin ointment or oral antibiotic treatment.  An alternative explanation would be that you have allergic rhinitis that needs treatment with antihistamines or topical corticosteroid sprays. See your md prn.

Infection: This may or may not be infected, but to determine this you will have to be seen by a doctor and have this evaluated.

can it cause serious infection if it was opened and used long back?

Maybe/not: To survive from "long back" germs would need some nutrient matter to live on. Saline provides moisture but not nutrients. I doubt if it has much risk, but it would be reasonable to toss it &amp; get a new one. If you never touch the nose in use there is little chance for germ transfer.
