Seek evaluation: There are some questions that first need to be asked and some exam findings but it may be that you have a focal neuropathy such as carpal tunnel syndrome. Neuropathies can be diagnosed clinically or with the use of a nerve conduction study. Please see your physician. Management initially includes wrist splints and at times medications.

i can't walk. my symptoms started a few months ago with involuntary eye movement and tremors/spasticity and now when i try to walk it feels like i'm being electrocuted in my legs and my knees can't hold me up. i don't have ins. & dont know what to do?

: You may go to a primary care doctor as a start although, you should go to the emergency room You may qualify for temporary insurance coverage. This sound like you need an MRI which is expensive

is it normal to get hand cramps after doing mallet exercises?

Not sure: Not sure what you mean  by mallet exercises.  If you are referring in drum mallets, or something similar, then you can develope hand cramping. This can be caused by overuse, nerve compression, or rarely circulation problems.  Make sure you warm up properly for 2-5 minutes, then begin your mallet exercises.  Stop before you get cramping and rest.  Then repeat cycle.

ibuprofen help hand cramps?

No: Ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory medication. Muscle cramps happen from causes other than inflammation( and there are many). If you get the cramps frequently it would be a good idea to see a doctor to find the cause. A few things to try on your own would be magnesium supplements or epsom salt soaks, warm compresses, or massage. Also pay attention to whether you might be dehydrated.

The causes of these disorders include medications, genetics, or degenerative or traumatic brain injuries. The most important test that your neurologist will do is a careful physical exam. Tests in addition to this should be considered only they improve your treatment in some way.

Nerve and or artery: More details about exactly which fingers and which parts of the get-go would help. Is the problem precipitated by cold weather or be in a cold room? To the fingers change colors? Does your "funnybone" get "hit"a lot? What other circumstances or activity calls or exacerbate the problem and what relieves it?
