No: Ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory medication. Muscle cramps happen from causes other than inflammation( and there are many). If you get the cramps frequently it would be a good idea to see a doctor to find the cause. A few things to try on your own would be magnesium supplements or epsom salt soaks, warm compresses, or massage. Also pay attention to whether you might be dehydrated.
