However location could suggest Appendicitis. Low fiber diet, suboptimal fluid intake, delaying defecation (too busy playing, etc.) commonly lead to constipation in kids. See doctor NOW. Also to address constipation, diet changes (fresh fruit/veggies, etc.

Nonspecific : The symptoms are nonspecific, and don't suggest a major problem. There have been a few reports of 'stump' appendicitis, inflammation of the stump of the appendix. This is rare, but if the symptoms are similar to when you had appendicitis, see your surgeon for a follow up.

Depends: Ovulation is often accompanied by a pain that could last several hours called "mittelschmerz".  It actually is caused by the leak of fluid when an egg is released, so it is sort of like a cyst.  However, pain that lasts is more likely to be something else, possibly a cyst, pregnancy, or even appendicitis.

Just as long as it: Is not appendicitis , then you need to be aggressive with managing your constipation.Changing diet is not going to give you a quick fix for long standing constipation! you need to take dulcolax or the like. See a gastroenterologist for management . You may need bowel cleansing initially for being impacted!

Needs to be checked: Sharp pain in right lower quadrant can be due to ovarian pathology line an ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, or infection of the appendix
you need a detaled history and physical exam, and  if indicated blood and urine test, and may need ultrasound or cat scal to find the cause.

Appendicitis: Although i searched for pain on the left side, I could not find a reason. As  you know the pain may start in the middle of the abdomen and then migrate to the lower right. Appetite goes away.  With time the  pain becomes worse and treatment (surgical) is needed before it bursts

Radiating pain: the nerves of the appendix also innervates the entire colon.  When you push on the left side you and then release the nerves are stimulated.  Since the appendix is inflamed the distention of the left transmits to the right and you sense the pain.  The visceral peritoneum is directly attached.  If the appendix is ruptured then the parietal peritoneum is inflamed and the test no longer holds.
