Needs to be checked: Sharp pain in right lower quadrant can be due to ovarian pathology line an ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, or infection of the appendix you need a detaled history and physical exam, and if indicated blood and urine test, and may need ultrasound or cat scal to find the cause.
