Could be fungus: Fungal infections of the feet can easily spread to your hands if contact was made with your feet.  Between the toes tells me fungus.  Fungus grow in moist environments.   There are various agents used to treat this, but an important consideration here is your pregnancy.

If the spots are few, are red and have been there for years, these may be hemangiomas which are benign growths of skin capillaries that don't change and require no treatment. A dermatologist can advise you best

I have red: You could have bites from bed bugs, if linear you could have scabies. Very difficult to get rid of bed bugs, they get into the furniture, cloth, shoes: need special exterminator. Look carefully with magnifying glass on your sheets , under pillow, around bed post for very small reddish spots, bed bugs. See a dermatologist.

Consider a fungus: Although you are mentioning areas which are not likely be contaminating each other, consider a fungus.  Certainly, when one hears 'itching, ' try only Lamisil (terbinafine) cream which is an over the counter medication as it is a fungualcidal medication as other are not.  It is twice as expensive but get this only, if it works, then it was a fungus.   Otherwise, see dermatologist and have a scraping of them.
