Migraine ?: Many patients with pain in the sinus area of the face or around the eyes are often diagnosed with a “sinus headache.” however, recent epidemiological studies revealed that 42-62% of patients with these symptoms met the ihs criteria for migraine without aura but received a diagnosis of “sinus headaches” resulting in incorrect treatment.

Sinus infection: Your symptoms suggest a sinus infection, possibly of the sphenoid sinus inside your head.  That would explain the head pressure, headaches, and dizziness.  Since you've had these symptoms for a few weeks, a course of an antibiotic seems appropriate.  You might try home sinus irrigation to relieve some symptoms, and a decongestant may also help.  If you think your eye(s) is/are bulging, see pcp.

Plenty of fluids.: The flu is a very uncomfortable and sometimes dangerous condition. Good that you are getting better.  Drink fluids, and get rest.  I expect that you will be back to normal soon.  Make sure you get yearly flu shots, as new flu strains appear from year to year.

Eyestrain or ???: Headache is associated with many etiologies, but having your vision checked, and corrected with bifocal glasses, can remove eyestrain from the long differential diagnosis list. An ophthalmologist or optometrist can screen the eyes for vision-threatening disease, and opticians can fulfill the prescription. If that does not work, make an appointment with a neurologist who specializes in headache.
