Spontaneous: vein rupture is, by itself, not serious unless there is impending skin breakdown.  More concerning is your underlying condition of diffuse prominent subdermal blood vessels, which might be indication for systemic disease.  You should consult with internist or dermatologist.

can a partial tear of the distal bicep tendon cause pain in my forearm, wrist and make my fingers cramp. my injury happened 3 weeks ago.?

Depends: Near the distal biceps is the median nerve. Injury to that area can potentially injure that nerve or swelling puts pressure  on that nerve.  A test called emg/ncv can identify how well that nerve is functioning and help determine the cause. Stop at your local physical medicine and rehab or neurologist doctors office for more details.

Common spot for OA: The basal thumb joint is a common spot for osteoarthritis of the hand.  At age 30, you are young for that diagnosis, but osteoarthritis is a common problem at that location.

Overuse injury: If that is the arm you are using to tighten down loads or straps, it could be an overuse injury resulting in inflammation of the tendons and muscles. Try ibuprofen or naproxen, ice and rest.

i banged the inside of my wrist on the flat part of a nail. it caused a minor abrasion that bled very little and my vein is now swollen, hard and painful. should i be worried?

Phlebitis : this is some type of phlebitis. given this is a superficial vein warm compress an NSAID should probably resolve the issue. if you would experience any redness or fever this can get infected should be seen.

about two hours ago the vein in my wrist started to swell significantly out of nowhere. it itched immediately and then turned to sever pain. its been about 4 hours now and i still cannot move my fingers or wrist without serious pain?

Unrelated: The prominent blue veins are probably a separate issue - you just get them as you age (sadly).  Pain in the wrist would be a joint or tendon problem especially if you do a lot of repetitive work with your hands.  If you fell then there could be a fracture and you might need an x-ray
