This should be: checked by a doctor. Some pain and swelling and slight redness at the site is not uncommon, but these symptoms for one week could signify infection, which would need treatment.

Chickenpox: Vaccine as with any other vaccines can cause redness and slight swelling at the site of shot. The first vaccine will give you 95% protection and close to 100% the second time around. Some people will come down with mild chickenpox after the shot. If not sure, please consult with your physician.

Cold packs and: Ibuprofen if it hurts. Otherwise this a sign the body is building immunity. If there is pus or high fevers i would speak with your pediatrician.

No: There are many side effects of this drug, used as part of regimen for rx of hepatitis c.  However what you are describing is either a very large prolonged local reax to the injected chemical, or cellulitis, where strep or staph or some skin bacteria that resides on the skin getting under the skin setting off a subcutaneous soft tissue infection.  See doc right away.

3 days after pfizer first vaccine the injection site is swollen, red, itchy and warm to touch. the swelling is about as wide as the bottom of a mug. (also some bruising). muscular pain has subsided. is this normal or a minor allergy/infection?

: many times this reaction is common. see dermatologist if rash and discomfort worsen. should subside within several days

Follow up.: Please follow up with your medical provider to make sure you do not have an infection at the site of the injections.  This could be an early signs of a very serious complication from the injections.

Odd: Sounds more like either a local reaction to the med or an infection from the technique. Would use warm compresses to area (or heating pad on low) and have it checked by your fertility-doctor.

Possibly: Some people get allergic to hyaluronidase.  It is used to dissolve fillers- hyaluronic acids.  Give your filler a couple days to settle in before dissolving if you can as it is expensive to have fillers placed.
