A 37-year-old female asked:

3 days after pfizer first vaccine the injection site is swollen, red, itchy and warm to touch. the swelling is about as wide as the bottom of a mug. (also some bruising). muscular pain has subsided. is this normal or a minor allergy/infection?

many times this reaction is common. see dermatologist if rash and discomfort worsen. should subside within several days

Post-vaccine reactions vary in intensity, but most last 1-3 days, and resolve by that point. Your experience is not too dissimilar to slightly more intense reactions. This is not an allergy, and doubt infection, but have your doctor look at this. Would urge you to get reassured and obtain second Jab as scheduled.
