Call your doctor: If you can't get in touch with doctor go to an urgent care or ER to get evaluated. Sometimes it can be just post procedure irritation, however if its an infection it can get worse if not started on antibiotics right away.

Sounds: Infected possibly. Could be within normal it needs to be seen to decide if antibiotics are needed or not
