Rubor,dolor,tumor: Redness(rubor), swelling(tumor), pain(dolor), are the cardinal symptoms of inflemmation and infection. Pus on the surface or draining pus or fever would also be signs of infection.

Pls give more info: I am not completely clear of the timing and history related to this question.  If someone has just had an endometrial ablation and then got an infection in their uterus, it can be quite severe and if the antibiotics first given haven't completely treated the symptoms, they should immediately be seen by their surgeon.

Pigmentation.: You are describing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation which is a condition whereby the skin darkens after trauma or other inflammatory processes. It is very unlikely that you have diabetes due to your age (type ii diabetes usually hits later) but have a physician perform an exam due to your obesity and increased thirst. Also, keep sunscreen spf 30 or higher on the dark marks to fade them.

Pain: Corneal abrasions are usually quite painful, although smaller ones can cause more of a foreign body sensation. In addition, the eye will usually become inflamed and red in the white part, and tear copiously. Sensitivity to light and blurred vision are often present as well. A prompt exam by an ophthalmologist is important to assess the injury, and prevent secindary problems like infection.

Yeast? : You could have a fungal infection. Try and over-the-counter vaginal yeast preparation like clotrimazole. Rub the cream in twice a day and if it helps great, if not please see your doctor

Ophthalmologist: Please see your eye doctor.  Corneal abrasions are easily seen on exam.  If there is recurrent injury, there may be a foreign body or other structure causing the problem.

Small : Small abrasions generally will heal on their own.  However, if you start to develop pain, discharge or difficulty opening your eye then you should seek immediate medical care.  On rare occasions a fingernail scratch to the eye can start to present with sharp pain in the eye when first awakening in the morning.  If you start to develop this condition, aka recurrent corneal erosion syndrome, then it is important to see an eye doctor to put you on a preventative/therapeutic regimen of eye drops and ointments.
