Yes: Infants can have their first teeth present at birth or as late as 15 months. The later erupting group often get several erupting at one time.It is not an indicator of growth or nutrition problems but a variation of normal. Most have a full set of baby teeth by 3y.

gauze will work for now, but an infant finger brush is best.  Gerber sells one with a tube of non-fluoride baby toothpaste.  Infants tend not to be too happy but don't let that discourage you.   You should also know your finger won't be too enthusiastic either.

Varies: Usually the bottom 2 central incisors erupt at around 6 months followed by the top 2 central incisors at around 8 months. Typically the lateral incisors erupt next followed by the 1st set of molars, the canines and then the 2nd set of molars.

Parents: Should start brushing their infant's teeth as soon as they start to erupt. Dentists recommend that you also take your child to a pedodontist by the time they are one year of age. There is a lot of important and beneficial information that the pedodontist can talk to you about to ensure that your child has healthy teeth and a healthy mouth for the rest of their life.

Maybe: It is possible for your baby's teeth to be crooked from a pacifier even at this age.
It is not likely though. 
I recommend ending the pacifier between the ages of 12 and 24 months.

Every 4 hours: Paracetamol (acetaminophen in the US) can be dosed up to every 4 hours.  Ibuprofen can be given up to every 6 hours.  Try giving  it one hour before bedtime.

my wisdom teeth are growing in. is it unhealthy to rub your gums in the same manner that infants do when their teeth are growing?

O.K.: If it helps to rub your gum over the erupting wisdom tooth, then by all means do it.keep your mouth and hands clean. Some other things I have seen work are a washcloth soaked in cold water, ice chips and benzocaine gel. When the tooth breaks through it will feel better.

You : You can use a wash cloth, wet gauze, or a baby tooth brush  which are wet with water. This can be done each time after you feed your baby. Light friction of the brush or cloth will help to remove food debris or bacteria.  All of these three methods can be affective. You can start this before the baby's teeth have erupted. Take care.

Usually not: Usually primary (baby) teeth come in without any blemishes.  Blemishes are usually a result of some disturbance in calcification of the teeth.

when it is recommended to give calcium to infant? i have eight months child i give him only vitamin d  drops ...he got one teeth only and didn't crawl?

Calcium in babies: If the baby is breast fed or on a good formulae calcium supplementation in not necessary.  Breast fed babies do need vit d.  Crawling and number of teeth are not an indication of sufficient calcium.  Some babies skip the crawling phase and go right to walking.  Teeth appear between 6 months or as late as 12 months.  In china many babies are unnecessarily given calcium.
