Yes: You are well beyond the window period. Negative is negative.

HIV Testing: Yes. Trust the results and please move on to not worry any more. It is very difficult to get HIV orally.  In fact the statistics seem to keep getting to the point that the risk is nearly zero.

Trust it: A nucleic-acid based test simply won't be wrong at this date.  An antibody test is so likely to be correct that nobody knows the rate of false negatives.  One factor is that someone claiming to have seroconverted two years after a single event may not be presenting their history correctly. I'd be thankful for good health and get on with your life.

Never too late: It is never too late to check for HIV after a possible exposure. Good that it is negative.

No: Primary complex if tuberculosis (TB). Having TB currently or in the past should not alter the results of modern HIV tests. If a person is not monogamous with an HIV-negative partner, meaning she has other possible but low-risk exposures, she can get see her primary care doctor and ask about routine screening. It might be annual testing.

does biotin affect 4th gen ag/ab hiv test 4 years post exposure? idk if i took my multivitamin but if i did its like .03mg?

: Biotin in these doses has no effect on HIV test reliability. If you remain worried, though, just skip your vitamin pill for a couple of days before having another test.

: That is exceedingly rare, if it occurs at all. You do not have HIV. Move on without worry.

Proper treatment?: Cryptosporidiosis needs to be treated properly especially if the infection is heavy. Check with your dr to plan a more effective treatment regimen

HIV exposure: If the first HIV test was negative at 3 weeks, a 2nd test should be done 6 months after the last at risk exposure to be truly negative. Recurrent yeast infections indicate a repetitive change in the vaginal pH levels which can be due to harsh soaps, douches, frequent intercourse, etc. Have a MD reexamine the area and consider a longer term Rx if present. ( 1 to 2 weeks).
