Do not worry: Those numbers are very low and likely are not significant. If you are having symptoms with your urination, let your doctor know to ask if he suspects an infection, but with those numbers it would be unlikely. Those numbers can also be affected by dehydration, so make sure you drink plenty of water daily.  Also I see you take ibuprofen, make sure you are not over-dosing as this can cause bleeding.

Maybe: It depends on why you have the red cells in your urine whether or not you need to worry.It can be normal microscopic hematuria, a sign of a urinary tract infection, a sign of a kidney stone, or even a sign of a urinary tract tumor. No: High number of  red cells in urine make urine looks red to smoky (cola-colored) depending upon the source of red cell leakage.  Bubbles in urine could be a normal finding but could also be a sign of proteinuria which can be easily tested at any doctor's office.

Basic physiology: Increased GFR means more urine, all other things being equal which they never are; if I drink a glass of water, GFR goes up some for a while and the urine's gone. Blood volume affects pressure at the glomerulus in various ways, and water lost in the blood becomes urine, reducing blood volume. Kidneys make erythropoietin stimulating red cell production by GFR-unrelated mechanisms.

Incomplete info: Random or fasting blood glucose of 94 is not abnormal. If it was fasting, you need to be careful.
High glucose in urine is of concern, even with "normal" blood glucose.
How high is the blood count? 
PCOS is one of the risk factors for diabetes. It would be prudent to discuss these items with your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Lymphocytes: There is always some variation in counts , what is "normal" is what falls within the 95% confidence interval of average. So some "normals" will fall above or below the range.   Would not worry if no symptoms,  no atypical lymphocytes, may consider repeating  in 2-3 months to get the pattern. Follow up and discuss with your doctor as well.

Maybe not UTI: red cells in the urine  , can be from trauma, kidney disease or disease of the urinary tract. They do not often appear in UTIs without White blood cells. I suggest that you have the test repeated and discuss the results with your physician. The most common cause is contamination of the urine with menstrual blood

RBCs,WBCs;platlets: Cbc(complete blood count)is  done it will gives us information for total white cell count and count of differential cells like polymorphs, lymphocytes, monocytes
in rbcs it gives us total rbc count and hemoglobin(tsts for anemia)
also done is platlet count.

If the test is in normal range there it is good.But abnormal test may indicate anemia, infections, and other diseases like lymphoma/leukemia.
