Trichomonas: Trichomonas can be carried without symptoms for years in a women's vagina, and probably sometimes in men as well. Therefore, even though trich is an STD, many infections are diagnosed in people not recently at STD risk. Still, it IS an STD. You both need trich treatment, and to be safe both also need testing for other common STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV). Good luck!

Dysuria: Without testing one cannot just say they are std free. Especially since gonorrhea and chlamydia can live for years in tissues if left untreated. There are twelve common stds.  Sexually active adults should know these, know which ones are preventable, vaccinated for and how to watch for them.  Your partner needs to tested for bladder infection, and for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

: No, headaches two weeks after unprotected sex or not a sign of an STD. I would use over-the-counter pain relievers, according to the proper instructions, at first, but if the headaches persist, see your primary care doctor. Good luck.

Possibly: Many types of STDs, including chlamydia and HPV, may not show any symptoms in a person who has the infection. They can easily pass the infection to someone else without knowing it. The best thing to do is to ALWAYS use condoms whenever you have sex. Get tested whenever you have a new partner, but understand that the tests may not be positive when it is early exposure.

No need to freak-out: STDs, including herpes and hepatitis B, are transmitted ineffiiciently; that is, most sex with infected people doesn't transmit. Your ex partner should be professionally examined and tested for these and other STDs. If he isn't infected, you couldn't have caught anything. New herpes or hep B often asymptomatic. If symptoms, usual onset 3-10 days for herpes, 4-12 wk for hep B. No risk for hep C.

It would be prudent to see your doctor for an initial assessment and follow the doctor's advice for subsequent care.
You are not likely to get genital lesions, unless you manage to inoculate yourself.

: STD's have that name for a reason. They require the exchange of infected sexual fluids from the infected party to their uninfected partner. No exchange of sexual fluids=no STD. Messing with your penis can trigger irritation.

Depends: If she is a virgin it is doubtful any of those would be around. The yeast that causes thrush is about 5% of the dry weight of poop and is commonly found as an occasional germ in the vagina. Any oral sex will expose you to whatever is around the area involved. It never hurts to be screened occasionally for STD's if you are sexually active with multiple partners.
