Unfortunately : Unfortunately it is hard to know what it is until a sample can be taken.  I would be sure to have the follow up that's been recommende to you already.  They'll probably get a test that scans i see if the nodule is functioning or not.  It's usually a bad thing when it is functioning on its own.  However, since your thyroid labs were normal, it's likely not functioning on its own.  I would get it checked out and try not to worry until they know what it is.

Not unhealthy.: In a healthy person, the exercise and experience of dizziness is not dangerous - unless you plan on doing something immediately that requires balance!

?vasovagal?: If 'ill' is nauseous, you might be experiencing a momentary drop in heart rate and thus a drop in blood pressure that happens because of  some asynchrony in the normal reaction of the cardiovascular system to standing up.  But headaches are not typically part of this, so I would suggest discussing with your Primary Care practitioner who may refer you.

Brain Tumor: Without knowing more details, such as what kind of tumor you have, it's size, and proximity to the foramina, it is hard to offer definitive advice. You might want to read http://en.Uuuwell.Com/mytag.Php?Id=4903 which does address diet. Consult with your neurologist/ surgeon for advice on drinking alcohol, smoking, and drugs to avoid. As for diet, this is still controversial.

Vomiting: Could be various issues, but sounds like the flu. Rest, fluids etc. If symptoms not improving in  day or so notify your provider.

You shouldn't try to fix a broken leg &amp; you shouldn't try to fix this alone either.. A life coach/therapist can help you sort out your stresses &amp; learn skills to manage them. Un- or Conscious or : Some purely physical conditions could underlie those symptoms, so a good exam might be a help. But if that shows nothing, it's likely emotional whether conscious or not. Thoughts alone can be triggers of threat (or those very things) can start a cascade of chemicals & hormones. A therapist can help zero in on your internal experiences to find the issues. Then you may begin to resolve them. Or meds.

Merits evaluation.: In a young person, dehydration with associated low blood pressure would be among the most likely causes of these symptoms.  Checking ones blood pressure and heart rate sitting and standing would help determine ones state of hydration.  Illness with a fever could cause similar symptoms.  Gastrointestinal causes might also create these symptoms.  The symptoms merit a visit to ones doctor.

You can't: You can't PREVENT a head cold and "prevent" is the wrong word because you already have the cold. All you can do is treat the symptoms. If you can't find anything over the counter that works, see a doctor for a prescription.
