Find a life coach: Most people will encounter events in life that require a skill set that they have not learned. You shouldn't try to fix a broken leg & you shouldn't try to fix this alone either.. A life coach/therapist can help you sort out your stresses & learn skills to manage them. Your parents or regular doc can help you find one. Do it now. Life can be better.
