my ccjoint needs to be fused due to massive deformity if ignored will go nonuion. what is nonuion mean?

Bones not fused: Nonunion is when two bones try to fuse together, but don't.  This can take longer than usual and be a "delayed union" or do so in a poor manner in a "malunion".  The non-union is when the two pieces of bone do not form back together to form one piece of bone.  This can cause pain, extra bone formation, swelling and deformity.

my grandmother behaves strangely thinking that she is not getting enough attention by anyone. she feels that she is being ignored and no one loves her?

Possibilities: Could be that she is depressed or that she is experiencing dementia or both. Please have her evaluated by a neuropsychologist or geriatric psychologist/psychiatrist.

Smile : And talk to people. Advanced age is relative. Don't just quit. Use the telephone if you are physically handicapped. If not then get out and about.

Seek medical care: Inability to walk is progression of what ever is causing the pain. You need to be examined to determine the cause

Tricky subject: 1. If you are serious then you have a plan - if you tell whoever you are speaking with what your plan is you will get attention! if you are general - in the sense that you feel life is not worth living then you may get a response which feels like it is not being taken seriously.
2. Tell your psychiatrist you feel you are not being taken seriously.
3. Try someone else?

Blood in stool: Painless blood in stool can be from hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, if it persists it requires evaluation for possible more serious condition.

Ring worm: First be sure of what it is by getting a healthcare worker to examine it and if it is ringworm you could try an over the counter fungal treatment.

How would you know?: The greater risk is what other injuries may co-exist (e.G trachea, esophagus, blood vessels). If somehow you could prove that then only structure injured was the thyroid gland itself, then it could absolutely be ignored.

Not to be flippant,: In a sense - under the "wrong" conditions - anyone can be a danger to others. Until diagnosed, there is no borderline pd, only a difficult, volatile person and compared to an easy going, calm person - yes. If things don't go well for and with them, they can act out in ways that are dangerous. A sad but true thing is, even w/ therapy, many are still not easy to deal with. Don't diagnose. Be safe!

Nose bleed: Nose bleed can be due to trauma to the nose, dryness of nasal mucosa, sinus infection, use of nasal cocaine, low platelet level, use of certain medication such as aspirin, overuse of nasal steroid, elevated blood pressure; if it continues, see a doctor to rule any blood clotting abnormality
