It is unlikely that: your extensive workup would miss a cardiac etiology for your discomfort. In addition the discomfort you describe is atypical for cardiac pain. Sounds like musculoskeletal discomfort from  contraction of these muscle groups rather than your heart. Make sure you adequately stretch and warm up before exercise and are very well hydrated.

Do it : At age 16, if you feel well, the risk is basically zero and it's good for you in lots of ways. Folks over 40 who return to vigorous exercise should get  checked first.

after i do heavy exercise i feel like throwing up i have asthma no heart problems past all my tests with flying colors what can it be?

Several: Vomiting is not uncommon among marathon runners and this is considered just a reaction to over-exertion (above what your body can tolerate).   However vomiting can also be a sign of exercise-induced anaphylaxis which may or may not related to eating within 3 to 4 hrs prior to the exertion.  In anaphylaxis however most people also experience flushing  , itching , and/or hives.

Don't think so.: Exercise seems to have beneficial effects irrespective of timing.  Sometimes exercise late in the day can cause insomnia, but if it is not a problem for you then i would continue.

Rare maybe?: Some with spasm but that causes blockage
some with dissection but that causes blockage 
some with Cocaine but that causes spasm
most are atherosclerosis with blockage!

if i have a 40% blocked artery in my heart in 9/13 & i'm still a smoker & obese what would the blockage be today? besides quittin what else can i do?

Talk to your doctor : You have to quit smoking! Start an exercise program and a diet under your doctor's supervision. Get your cholesterol checked. There are several things you can do to help reverse this. You may want to ask your doctor about taking a baby aspirin. You may need a cholesterol lowering drug. Keep your blood pressure under control. Minitor your bood sugar. Stop smoking is a must!

: Exercise helps to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. If someone has cardiovascular disease, there can still be a reduction in disease with exercise. Some people with severe cardiovascular disease can't exercise because of active disease symptoms

Yes you could.: You should be under the watchful eye of a good cardiologist who is making recommendations about what is and is not safe exercise for you. Anyone who is 31 with a history of CHF and CAD should be carefully educated about their disease and already know the answer to this question. Follow up with your cardiologist.

Your symptoms are: not typical of any particular diagnosis. It sounds like your health care provider has initiated a work up which should help to identify a source for your symptoms. Follow his/her advice. Good luck.

what does borderline heart blockage mean?

Coronary artery dz: When we say heart blockage we generally are referring the coronary arteries which supply blood to the muscle of the heart.  When these close off, it usually results in a heart attack.  Mild blockages would mean there is some narrowing of the vessel but not enough to cause any flow problems.  Borderline is not a specific medical term, but probably means that it beginning to be enough to watch.
