DM2: If there is family history of type 2 diabetes, it may be difficult to figure out whether your diabetes is due to lifestyle factors or genetic susceptibility. Most likely it is due to both. Close follow up...: With the conditions you are mentioning and at your age your would fall under a high risk pregnancy if you become pregnant, which should not be a reason to absolutely not have a baby. The most important thing is that at that time you find Perinatologist( specialist in high risk pregnancies)and follow up closely. For now my suggestion is to discuss it with your doctor for evaluation and final advise

Yes: Yes, you can get pregnant. However you should avoid pregnancy until you diabetes is under control and your hgba1c is less than 6.  Uncontrolled diabetes increases risk of congenital heart defects and nervous system defects, poor fetal growth.

Ob and Endo: See an obstetrician right away.  And if you have a physician helping you manage your diabetes, let them know asap.  If you don't have a diabetes doctor right now, seek a referral from your obstetrician at your visit with them.  Diabetes management during pregnancy is especially important for the health of your baby and some things are different than when you're not pregnant, so go right away.

Not exactly: Having gestational diabetes means that you are at a higher risk of having GDM again in future pregnancies. It also means you have a higher lifetime risk of type 2 diabetes. The number of total pregnancies does not directly correlate with the lifetime risk of type 2 diabetes.

i have pcos and type 2 diabetes, the doc took me off metformin temporarily, could that give me bad acne and pregnancy like symptoms not pregnant.

Possibly: Metformin helps to lower  fat synthesis. Fortunately you can eat 6 equal healthy meals and do 10 minutes of exercise after each meal to get the benefits of metformin without taking the medication.   Diabetes, pcos, and acne are all helped by lowering stress, avoiding sugar, increasing vegetables and taking evening primrose oil which is high in gamma linoleic acid.

Type II diabetes: There is a strong heritable component of diabetes, especially type ii. I don't know what symptoms you are currently experiencing, but the classic ones are polyuria, polydipsia, nocturia, and polyphagia. If you have symptoms, you should be screened with a hemoglobin a1c blood test or fasting plasma glucose test; especially if you are obese, or have additional risk factors besides family history.

Sweet tooth?: There are some factors which increase mosquito assaults, (carbon dioxide, lactic acid) blood glucose is not on the list. 1 in 10 people are mosquito magnets. Some people are not as sensitive to the bites, so even though they get just as many, they brag about not getting bitten. With all the things mosquitoes carry (zika, malaria) it's a good idea to use repellant.

i have type 2 diabetes, i get a lot of stomach pains, back pains and if i'm doing something really easy i get tired in seconds. what is wrong with me?

Improve diabetes : Tiredness could be a manifestation of uncontrolled diabetes. 
Improving blood sugars  with targeting pre meal blood sugars 80-140, will help improve the tiredness.
Stomach pain and back pain symptoms are not related to the diabetes.
