Close follow up...: With the conditions you are mentioning and at your age your would fall under a high risk pregnancy if you become pregnant, which should not be a reason to absolutely not have a baby. The most important thing is that at that time you find Perinatologist( specialist in high risk pregnancies)and follow up closely. For now my suggestion is to discuss it with your doctor for evaluation and final advise
