Unlikely: Hcg, the hormone of pregnancy, prevents the ovary from releasing another egg during a pregnancy.  Following a miscarriage, it takes time for the HCG level to decrease to normal non-pregnant levels (how long depends on how high the level was at the time of miscarriage).  Another pregnancy cannot happen until the HCG is negative and the ovary releases another egg.

last month i had a miscarriage the same week i had a miscarriage i was having unprotected sex can i still get pregnant while i was already having the miscarriage .. its been a little more than a month and still no period. get cramps and stomach pain?

PG Test: it is highly unlikely that you could pregnant while miscarrying a present pregnancy, however, a pregnancy test is always a wise election for assurances.

Yes: that should be fine as long as the miscarriage was in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy if it was after that you may consider waiting an extra month or two

Irregular cycles: Irregular cycles often intimate a lack of ovulation which could make getting pregnant a bit more difficult but certainly not impossible.  You have been pregnant once before so it will happen again.

: Miscarriage is very common in first pregnancies, and in most cases, it is not known why.  It is generally advised to allow a few months for normal menstrual function to return, prior to attempting pregnancy again. If successive miscarriage does occur, see a reproductive endocrinologist to determine a perhaps preventable cause.

i have a missed miscarriage. i lost it at 7 months and it would had been 11 weeks today. i have not yet scheduled the dnc. should my partner and i be using protection? can i get pregnant with the deceased fetus still inside? or am i clear?

Not Clear: First I am sorry for your loss.  Second, I'm very confused!  Did you lose your baby at 7 months or 11 weeks?  Either way you can't get pregnant and it makes a huge difference concerning your risks.  Please contact your OB right away concerning the next step in your care.

Keep trying: At age 37 getting pregnant may be harder and your miscarriage risk will be higher too. The good news is you were able to get pregnant a few months ago even if it ended in miscarriage. This tells us that you are still fertile. Discuss the plan with your doctor but most would recommend you keep trying for 6-12 months before moving to infertility treatments.
