im a female teenage girl (16) i am experiencing a constant pain right in between my lungs where it opens but right above my liver. ive had hot flashes like crazy. and ive felt dizzy and nauseous. what could this be?

Recheck urine: Please see your pediatrician and they may order additional tests, including a UA and metabolic panel. A blood pressure reading will be obtained at the visit. Drink fluids and rest.

how to make breathing better in chf patient with flash lungs eddma? sleep on elevated bed but sometimes gasp for air 90 spo2. can't open windows for air in cold weather, home remedies to get more oxygen? is the underlying cause renin/kidney issue?

Ask your doctor for: You should be under the care of a Cardiologist so that your medications for CHF can be adjusted to keep your body free from any fluid retention. You may also benefit from bringing home an Oxygen cylinder which your doctor can order and his nurse or social worker can organize its home delivery. There is no other source of getting oxygen at home if and when you needed it urgently.

Probably normal: The body responds to heat by dilating it's blood vessels in order to dissipate heat. This can cause beet red coloration in some people who don't perspire as much as others whose skin doesn't redden as much.

Ur seeing arteriolar: response: Arterioles control blood flow to capillaris, body wide. More blood into capillaries of skin ↑es pink-to-red color  of skin (skin actually yellow due to proteins). Intense enough capillary flow increase also tends to result in various &quot;itchy&quot; sensations, as in sun burn, niacin or post menopausal flushing responses. When we feel hot, brain ↑es blood flow to skin to release heat/cool off.

Reaction: Your body reacts in the hot shower by releasing histamine and other substances which cause this allergic type response. Try taking an antihistamine like benadryl(can cause drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy before taking the shower or try taking a colder shower to see if you can prevent the allergic reaction. An allergist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you for this problem.
