Post urethral sling: There is no reason to prevent your "clitoral stimulation" b/c of a sling procedure.

Dont wait to diagnos: Depends.  Some pain gets better over time as the body adapts.  Some needs more immediate treatment to avoid long term pain or disorder.  Seek specialist advice.

Each doc is differen: Every ophthalmologist has their own time frame for strenuous activity after cataract surgery. A lot of that depends on if the cataract surgery was difficult or even had a complication or stitch. However, I am not aware of any evidence that gives a specific time frame that is safe. The best answer i can give is ask your surgeon because only he knows what went on on your individual surgery.

the skin from a wound after surgery seems to be growing over on of the staples. do i need to have it seen to immediately, or should i wait for the removal date.

Call: Follow the instructions given to you, but you can also call the doctor and let him/her know.

: Experienced ophthalmologists delay cataract surgery until the problem has reached a state of maturity and stabilization.  This is to assure success and safety.  Symptoms can herald the presence of a cataract, but your surgeon is the ultimate source to decide upon the timing of a procedure.

I think it should be fine.  Some surgeons prefer to wait a few days for the swelling to go down before they operate on certain facial fractures.

Ask your doc: The resumption of any activity after a specialized procedure is best monitored by the doc who did the surgery. We have no way of knowing your basic history/exam and or additional parameters that would require caution.

: It should not be a problem if you are pain free and you are able to enjoy the act. Your surgical wounds (internal or external) should be well organized after 4 weeks.

good evening and happy healthy new year doctors! how is a prolactinoma usually treated? is it with drugs or with surgery first? if it is by chance with drugs first, how long do you stay on the drugs before follow up....3 months, a year, longer?

Usually meds.: Usually meds if testosterone levels are low.  If a pituitary tumor is present, follow up in 6 months depending on symptoms,  You may consider surgery.
