Not an allergy: Stomach cramps suggest lactose intolerance (LI) which develops when the small intestine does not make enough lactase, the enzyme needed to digest the lactose found in dairy products. Symptoms include nausea, diarrhea, cramps, bloating &amp; gas. Your icon suggests you are black; LI is much more common in those of African descent. Limit lactose containing foods and try lactase enzymes or drops.

NO, a HIGH FAT FOOD: According to fda regulations, ice creams with solid additions must contain a minimum of 8 percent milk fat, while plain ice creams must have at least 10 percent milk fat!   a nutritious diet should be low in fat (and saturated fat), low in sugar, high in fiber (whole grains preferable) & high in green leafy vegetables.

Ice cream and Braces: Yes. Enjoy. But understand anytime you eat be prepared to brush...Yes brush 7 times a day .If you like 3 meals and 4 snacks them brush again. But eat what you like ...Just brush again. I did and i wore braces at 60y/o
