Ice cream and Braces: Yes. Enjoy. But understand anytime you eat be prepared to brush...Yes brush 7 times a day .If you like 3 meals and 4 snacks them brush again. But eat what you like ...Just brush again. I did and i wore braces at 60y/o for 14 months. My best dr. D.
