Not sure: This is more of a phrase than a question so i'm not sure what your asking.  But here's a guess.  Warm compresses can sometimes cause these cysts to drain which can allow them to heal.  Tylenol (acetaminophen) and advil can be used for discomfort and inflammation.  Anything not resolving or requiring aspiration or incision and drainage should be performed by a physician with sterile equipment.

In your question, this abnormality is probably a benign cyst with fluid. See a urologist, may be able to drain it with very fine needle or remove cyst entirely (don't wince so much, local anesthesia will be used).

Cyst: Cysts generally are well-circumscribed.  Often they have an opening in the skin (called a punctum) from the skin pore it originated from.  They are benign but can get really inflamed if the cyst material leaches out into the surrounding skin.  Surgically removing them is the usual treatment but if one causes you no problems then they can be left alone.
