Epidermal Cyst: An epidermal cyst or sebaceous cyst is a collection of smelly white oily substance (keratin). They can occur all over the body, and are usually treated with decompression or excision depending on their size. Large cysts tend to recurr unless they are completely excised. Infected cysts need to be drained.
