Don't pick at it: Warm epsom salt soaks can help to soothe it (and may help bring some of the fluid out/to the surface). Topical antibiotic ointment could help if there is an opening or drainage. Do not pick at it or try to pop it like a pimple--you risk pain and infection. Aside from this, if the cyst does not seem to be going away on it's own, see a physician!
