Yes: Flushing and nausea are common side effects of hyoscyamine.  They are not dangerous and typically pass.  Concerning, but uncommon side effects can include hallucinations and increased risk of heat stroke.  Anything unusual should be discussed with your prescribing md.

Calories: Ensure and boost are good sources of extra calories, but ou must also eat plenty of good quality food on a balanced diet. Sounds like you're already seeing a doctor about your problem and they have sent lab tests. Green leafy vegetables have lots of iron. Ask your doctor for advice, or consult with dietician. Probably not: Your symptoms are more suggestive of ibd (inflammatory bowel disease, or crohn's disease) rather than ibs (irritable bowel syndrome). Other less likely possibility is non-hodgkin's lymphoma.  I recommend that you see a physician who treats gastrointestinal disease soon.

IBS: Severe abdominal cramping can lead to these symptoms but abnormally low blood pressure is not typical unless your baseline blood pressure is always on the low side as it often is with young women. If severe cramping persists, consult your physician. Observe for black or bloody stools. Absent these, taking bentyl can arrest abdominal cramping. Discuss with your MD.
