You can't.: If you're allergic to one NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), it's safest to avoid all of them.  Each reaction can be worse than the one before, and you could have a life-threatening reaction.

Best not to use: Anticoagulants, nsaids like ibuprofen, or Aspirin if bleeding.

i have been bleeding and bruising easily. iv been using a lot of nsaids and ibprofin. how can i tell that iv been taking too much? what symptoms?

To much: if you are bruising and bleeding you may be getting to much of the NSAIDs.  They can inhibit the platelets and if taken in large amounts harm your kidneys.  Your physician can run some blood work to see why you are bruising and bleeding plus see if there is any kidney damage.

pain and tingling in the feet and toes. feet feel hot. i bought new shoes and inserts. i am on my feet 8 hrs a day. ibprofin doesn't help.?

Tight shoes: I would check to make sure the shoes fit properly.  If the shoes are too tight they may cause symptoms such as pain and irritation.  There are plenty of reasons why you may be experiencing pain and tingling.  I would recommend seeing a physician if this persists.

i'm diagnosed with sle. prescribed plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) & naproxen. took ibprofin instead of naproxen & woke up with a rash. allergic reaction or something else?

Hard to say: Rashes are common with lupus but are also seen with allergic reactions to ibuprofen. Have the rash evaluated. If you prove allergic to Ibuprofen you will also be allergic to Naproxen so stay off of both until your doctor evaluates the issue.

painful neck strain getting out of bed 2.5 wks ago with full rgt ear, tinnitus. went on steroid&amoxycillin 6/10 days respectfully. ear 100% fine. follow on ibprofin for 4 days. neck still bit sore woke this morning with slight fullness in same ear. ?

Inflammation: Inflammation in the eustachian canal (connect inner ear with nasopharynx) can result in the trapping of liquid in the inner ear resulting in the "full" feeling. Try a decongestant and nasal saline washes to help clear the "fullness". If you develop a fever or pain in the ear, see a Dr as that may indicate that the infection has returned.

218 pounds: 218 pounds is quite a lot unless you are very tall!
If you are not tall, please have your Primary doctor refer you to a nurse who will help

Not dangerous: 10mg of Loratadine would not be harmful for a 1 year old.
