Water bump  on lip: May be oral herpes-cold sore . Do not touch it  as it is very infectious , wash hands if inadvertently touch ascan spread to eyes w/ significant effects. It is treated with Acyclovir or valtrex (valacyclovir) or Famvir . There is also  topical abreva and acyclovir. Lysine  an amino acid which is over the counter, 1500 mg  1-2 times a day x 5 days . Make sure you did not bite yourself f/u w/ doc

: Any time you start wearing a new prosthesis, including dentures there is a period of adjustment when your body gets used to the change and the prosthesis (in your case dentures) need to be adjusted. It is difficult to determine the exact cause of the problem with out examining you. Please go back to your dentist and ask them for help.

If you are a drinker or smoker, oral cancer is always a possibility.  Go see your dentist who will be familiar with all of these conditions and can advise you.
