Water bump on lip: May be oral herpes-cold sore . Do not touch it as it is very infectious , wash hands if inadvertently touch ascan spread to eyes w/ significant effects. It is treated with Acyclovir or valtrex (valacyclovir) or Famvir . There is also topical abreva and acyclovir. Lysine an amino acid which is over the counter, 1500 mg 1-2 times a day x 5 days .
