L testis pain: Most likely you have epididymis. One concern is how the circulation of the testicle is because torsion of the testicle is an emergency specially if there is hx of injury. You need one body to examin you an determine whether or not to get a doppler ultrasound to rule out torsion. Likely you need antibiotics.

Aching testicles : This bilateral testicular discomfort may be the result of prolonged abstinence from sex, so called blue balls syndrome as vascular congestion builds up after not being released after a period of no ejaculation, especially if you're sexually aroused.  The cure is to ejaculate. If your problem doesn't resolve see your physician or a urologist for evaluation and advice.

Pressure: If the discomfort is in both testicles, it could be some congestion or pressure which builds up from some bowel distension especially if the testicular discomfort is relieved by a normal bowel movement. If this symptom persists or worsens, consult an urologist for evaluation.

Increased pressure: It shouldn't hurt.  When you have a bowel movement, it causes pressure in the abdomen and pelvis to evacuate the stool.  This pressure can be transmitted to your testicle and be sensed as pain.  It's worth getting a testicular exam to make sure nothing else is going on.

Yes and no: The lower testicle is likely demonstrating more of what testicles do to maintain temperature hang lower in warm times and elevate closer into the body in colder weather. As far as spinning and twisting a torsion of the testicle is always possible so with heavy activity a cup can help. If the testicle does torsion it is acutely painful and you should go to an ER pronto and not attempt to undo it

Absolutely: I know it does look funny. But it is absolutely normal. It has to do with the cord they are attached to that has a muscle in it that contracts and relaxes. Don't worry, you're just fine!
