Not likely: Strenuous exercise does not usually cause uterine or vaginal prolapse unless there is already a prolapse problem.  Uterine and vaginal prolapse occurs mostly in women who have had vaginal deliveries.  Most women will not have any significant prolapse until or unless the have had vaginal deliveries of their children.

Have leg examined: You need to have the leg examined. It may be something minor or it could be something more serious such as a stress fracture.

Many things: Could be due to a sexually transmitted infection; could be due to fibroid tumors causing more pain/cramping of the uterus following intercourse; could be referred midline painfrom an ovarian cyst.  Could be a UTI or interstitial cystitis (an inflammatory condition of the bladder, that is often associated with painful intercourse).  Some lab testing and eval by gyn would be prudent if it persists.

Labor: This is one possibility.  Sometimes lying down for a bit and drinking plenty of fluids helps.  If symptoms persist, call your OB provider.

VALASALVA: When you cough you increase intrathoracic pressure. It is a bit unusal For this to cause pelvic pain. I would follow up with your doctor and have labs and urine tested as well as abdominal and pelvic ultrasound . You may have underlying endometriosis or an enlarged uterus from fibroids .

Call your doctor: and go to er or urgent care. You may have an infection going on inside the uterus.

i have copper iud for 2 cycles now. mid cycle right now. spasm ing in uterus and hurts to laugh or cough. i want it out. can i go to er?

No: Er dr's do not like to do procedures they are not trained to do, even if it (in theory) is as easy as pulling the string. Since we are not surgeons or gynecologists, any complication would be beyond our expertise (other than stabilizing until gyn/surg comes). Have your gyn/dr who placed it remove it. It may not have anything to do w/symptoms you describe.

See your md: Its very hard  to tell what is happening by  the  given description. See  your  doctor  to rule out infection,  and other causes of abdominal pain.  These symptoms  may be due to adhesions  from the surgery;.

Running injury: Running injury to your foot can be for various reasons. Some of the more common problems would be tendinitis, stress fracture, metatarsal or Achilles injury. Plantar fascists would be common too.
