Yes: If the bee sting just happened, and you have made sure the stinger is out and taken an antihistamine for the swelling, you could also take ibuprofen for the pain. If that does not help and/or there is any redness or swelling going up your leg, you should call/go to your doctor.

Your choice: What you describe is common &amp; may take a few days to self heal.It is a reaction where the body made capillaries near the bite act like soaker hoses by releasing more fluid.This is an effort to stop the bite material from entering the circulation at full strength.It is not the type of scary worrisome reaction that is dangerous &amp; not  likely to be infection. Antihistamines help some.

Bee sting: Yes.  As you may have an infection or more severe reaction. May need steroids to decrease the swelling and prevent worsening  as well as antibiotics as the mouth has lots of bacteria and can easily get infected when swollen

Systemic Reaction: Localized swelling, pain, and redness around the site of a sting is a normal reaction. You should see an Allergist for venom skin testing if you have ever been stung by a bee and developed any systemic symptoms including generalized itchy skin rash, hives, swelling, anaphylaxis, wheezing, throat closure, joint swelling, dizziness or loss of conciousness. These could be signs that you are allergic.
