No specific test: All depends on the symptoms. You might need  to be seen by ENT physician, since dizziness/vertigo may be related to the inner ear problems related to concussion. Make sure that the current dose of levothyroxine  is right, overdose may provoke anxiety.

See Dentist: It "might" be normal, if the "white" is at the loose/jagged edges of a cut, it could be the remodeling (/healing) process smoothing out surface. If any fevers / new or worsening pain, should see dentist or urgent care / your dr. Otherwise, can salt water gargle occasionally & give it a little more time w/observation.

Sciatica: I'm sorry to hear about your past injuries but back problems seem to have a way of returning.  When pain 'shoots down the leg' it is a sign of a pinched sciatic nerve in the lower lumbar spine.  Sciatica may occur after a back fusion due to scar tissue at the site or a bulging disc --1 level below the fusion.
You need imaging studies (ct, ct myelogram or mri) to check for s1 nerve impingement.

The : The most common cause of a "yes-yes" head tremor in a person with a parent with a similar condition is essential tremor.  Like most movement disorders, essential tremor is worse with stress.  Other than an examination by someone who is familiar with the condition, there is no test to confirm the diagnosis.  Other conditions can cause head tremor, but are less common in young, healthy people.

: All details matter when it comes to injuries to nerves. Partial recovery is expected in majority of cases, overall function, range of motion may be influenced. Physical therapy always needed to ensure maximal recovery.

Possibly: If you have a brain injury affecting the speech centers, it is possible to loose the ability speak and/or understand speech. Injury is far, far more likely when riding w/o a helmet-wear one! In very rare instances, in severe multi-trauma with head injury, a PTSD-like syndrome could occur which might affect speech; more for psychiatric/psychological reasons than direct brain injury.

Physical and  neuro: Best off with evaluation by a neurologist with physical and neuro exam. May also need EMG evaluation of motor function as well as possibly MRI or CT.. If affected your ability to work may also want evaluation by a physiatrist (rehab doctor) as to steps to take to help recover. Best of luck!

One : Of several things, including a swollen or infected pre-patellar bursa, a joint effusion. You need to be evaluated by orthopedic or at least urgent care to exclude infection or internal derangement.

i broke my arm in half in a motorcycle accident. both bones snapped in half. i had surgery. how long until i can smoke tobacco again? in 2 weeks?

Never!: Smoking affects your lungs recovery from surgery in the short term. Over time it causes lung cancer, emphysema,heart disease bladder cancer and impotence, just to name a few.  You have already quit for two weeks now stay healthy.
